Executive Chef Kevin Barthelemy has been passionate about food since childhood. His Culinary Arts degree at Southern New Hampshire University was followed by success with kitchens of the best restaurants, hotels and caterers in New England. Kevin’s love caused him to move west where he worked his way up to Garde Mange Chef at The Vail Cascade Resort.
